What is Property Monitoring?
Property Monitoring is a service provided by WENS to Property owners who for whatsoever is a reason cannot keep monitoring their properties. At WENS we at regular intervals take pictures and videos of subscribed properties and send them to their owners via the internet. At WENS we are having an array of options to monitor and it depends on many factors, please go through our plans for more details that suites you.
If I take a standard package of 15 days per visit, and something happens on my site on the next day of your visit, then are you be liable for it.
If there are any changes in the physical status of the property, i.e dumping debris, vandalism, evidence of pests, weeds, encroachments, evidence of drinking liquor, damaging the boundary walls, etc., then WENS Property Management Pvt. Ltd. is not liable or responsible at anyway. We at WENS have only responsibility to take current status on the scheduled visit day and inform their owners via email or call or message. It’s the sole responsibility of property owners to take appropriate action on such events. You can consult our Account Manager for any help in this regard. We would be happy to help you out in any given situation. You can render specific services which demand at the given time by consulting WENS.
How much will it cost me to take a property monitoring service per year?
The cost of property monitoring on the site is 3.00 INR per Sq, Ft per year. (Minimum Chargeable Area: 4500 Sq.Ft)

Why is the Name Board required to be installed on the site?
As per our records, almost 95% of properties that are encroached, squatted, or misused are those which are neglected by their owners, or no one was looking after the site. When a professional company board with an address and contact number is installed on the site, then the outsider will be aware that somebody is taking care of this site. So they will not try to get involved in any illegal acts on the site.
How many days is the visit necessary for a vacant site?
When there is a regular visit, people are aware that somebody is taking care of this site. So nobody will try to interfere. But the number of visits depends on the site location and the reason for opting for this service. We have different subscription plans for different situations.
Why should I hire a property management company to monitor my property?
You no need to hire a property management company if you have ample time or resources to monitor your own property.
